We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind and the item remains unused and in its original condition

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order
  • The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear
  • Products that were purchased on clearance or as final sale
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  • Include your order reference number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  • Our team will respond within two business days with return instructions and a return authorisation
  • Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide in the return instructions

Please do not return items without first receiving authorisation. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Faulty or incorrect items — We will cover the full cost of return postage. A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval of your return request.
  • Change of mind returns — Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within five business days. If the return is approved:

  • Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days
  • Original delivery charges are refundable only where the return is due to our error or a product fault
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

If the return is declined, we will explain the reason and, where possible, work with you to find an alternative resolution.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (subject to eligibility) and place a new order. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

7. Your Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You retain the right to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods do not conform to contract, regardless of the timeframes listed in this policy where statutory rights apply.
